She has worked with top executives across a variety of industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly when they are experiencing rapid development. Her work as a partner in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have included planning for organizational and performance, employee engagement and changes management. She believes that learning is the most important aspect of leadership. With her broad experience of working with Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to coach and develop leaders, with successful result, she was able to help create corporate cultures that promote learning innovation and change. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate all of her energy and efforts to this charity. She also supports several non-profit organizations during her free time.
