Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up her gymnastics. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was off the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015 she continued her path from last year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing for many years and set higher goals each year. In 2009 she won four more fitness awards. Additionally, her 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she placed third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and came home with sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectations. She was happy about her position. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lighter weight as well as the second heavier weight day.
